Healthy Cookies?!

This is probably one of the easiest recipes I have ever tried and one of the best! You can use so many different combinations of quest bars and “frosting” flavors so get creative!

  • 1 Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Quest Bar
  • 1/2 Cup 0% Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding Packet

Cut the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Quest Bar into 1/3’s.

Microwave the quest bar pieces for 10 seconds then press and mold into cookie shapes.

On a piece of parchment paper bake at 350 for 8 minutes. (adjust baking time based on preference, crunchy or soft)

While baking, combine your 0% Non-Fat Greek Yogurt and a SMALL amount of Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding Packet. Slowly add more and more until you reach the desired flavor and consistency. Place in the fridge until ready to eat.

Once the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Quest Bar is done baking take it out and place the cookies on a plate to cool. (Wait 2-3 min before eating!)

Feel free to top the cookies with the frosting or, like me, just dip them right in.
